We are not static in a physical space forever bound by ourselves placed.
We are bound by the creation of ourselves — our interpretations and recording of events that we have participated, simply though living.
Interpretations of experience translated into physical structure, neurons connecting to other neurons, creating a physical structure, a pathway of interconnected physical record resultant from our interpretations, our decoding and storage of the experience — this is our physical link to the past. Creating the sense of a real experience through the biological record.

As we keep tracing over the same pathways, over, and over, and over, and over, and over, and over, reinforcing the same physical structure, resulting in the same physical movements, the same physical behavior, the same, the same, the same, the same…
We are locked in a physically static existence with little or no perceptible change…Our change then must be born from the conscious, an intended effort to grow new pathways, new connected neurons…DO SOMETHING NEW AND UNFAMILIAR, it will only take a few days to grow the new connections…you are the creator of yourself.
